Tiffany is the owner and founder of Intimate Relationships. She started the practice with a goal and mission to help Utah County couples have a safe place where they can talk about sexual and relational issues. As a marriage and family therapist and sex therapist, Tiffany is passionate about helping couples and individuals find deeper connection both in and out of the bedroom. Her combination of personal and professional experience allows her to take a more compassionate and understanding approach to her client’s relationship struggles. Her clinical passion is helping couples who feel like friends and roommates to feel more like lovers!

She became a couples and sex therapist due to struggles in her own relationship. When her therapist recommended that she become a sex therapist several years ago, she dove right in.

Tiffany has since received specialized and extensive training and supervision in couple and sex issues and understands the complexity that goes into an intimate relationships. Using modalities such as EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Gottman, and mindfulness and self-compassion strategies, she feels like she has truly found her calling!

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids, eating cereal, camping, hiking, socializing with friends, and napping.
