What is the cost of therapy?

Our cost per session depends on the therapist that you see. Their prices vary based on clinical experience and training. For more information on pricing, please call our admin Kate at 801-874-3119.

Do you take health insurance?

Yes! We are in-network with Select Health, EMI & DMBA. It is important to note that some of your sexual and relational concerns may not be covered by your insurance agency. However, there may be a concurrent or contributing diagnosis, such as an anxiety disorder, which can be billed to your insurance. Your therapist will assess for a diagnosis in the first session. If your therapist cannot ethically submit a diagnosis, you will be responsible to pay for the session cost out of pocket. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to understand your benefits.

What is the first session like?

The first session is considered an intake, or a Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation. This time will be spent going over the assessments from your paperwork as well as reviewing concerns, previous therapy, taking a relationship history, as well as setting goals. If you are coming in as a couple, this will de done all together.

If I’m coming with my partner, can I speak to you alone?

Yes! Our approach is to meet with the couple together in the first session. Typically, we will split partners up for sessions number two and three. This allows the therapist to take a personal history with each member of the couple separately. We have to know you in order to help you! *Please Note* We do have a couples therapy limited secrets policy which will be discussed in your first session.

How long will it take to “fix” the problem?

Therapy is not a “one size fits all approach”. It is an investment in yourself and/or in your relationship. There are many, many layers that contribute to relationship and sexual struggles. It will take time and commitment from the client in order to address all of the layers that contribute to your presenting problem.

Where is your office located?

We are located in the heart of Utah County, in the Holland Square Business Park at 237 West 520 North Orem, Utah. We are a basement unit located under “Forever by Ash”.
